The City of Frederick Charter on contributions:
Sec. 7-19. Anonymous contributions.
No campaign finance entity shall accept any contribution from an unidentified person or organization in furtherance of the candidate’s nomination or election.
Sec. 7-22. Limit on contributions.
(a) During any one election cycle, no person, corporation, other business entity, political club, political committee, political action committee, federal committee or labor union shall make any contributions that total greater than: One thousand dollars ($1,000.00) to each campaign finance entity of an aldermanic candidate.
